All-on-6 restores a full arch with a fixed prosthesis supported by six implants. It is the All-on-X solution with the highest load capacity: more support points mean more even load distribution, a stiffer structure, and reserve in case one implant needs attention years later.
All-on-6 requires sufficient bone along the length of the jaw. Where bone is lacking, volume can be rebuilt with a bone graft or sinus lift — these procedures are planned before the implants are placed.

Materials and fabrication
The implants are titanium. A temporary PMMA prosthesis is made for the healing period and the final structure is zirconia. With six support points the framework is stiffer and flexing is minimal, which reduces material fatigue and loosening of the fixings.
Treatment steps
- Diagnostics. Examination and 3D imaging, measuring bone volume along the whole jaw.
- Preparation. Bone grafting or a sinus lift if needed.
- Surgical stage. Six implants are placed.
- Temporary prosthesis. Fitted for the healing period.
- Healing. The implants integrate with the bone over 3–6 months.
- Final prosthesis. The definitive zirconia prosthesis is made and fitted.

Care and durability
Daily cleaning with an interdental brush and water flosser is essential, because the area around implants needs the same care as natural teeth. Professional hygiene twice a year and an annual check-up help prevent peri-implantitis — inflammation around the implant, which is the main cause of implant loss.
